To recap the video workers have been evacuated from the Japan Fukushima Nuclear reactor power plant because radiation levels 10 million times normal have been detected at nuclear power plant #2.
The nuclear radiation levels at plant #3 is 1,000 times higher than the levels at plant #1 and plant #2.
That means that plant #3 — which contains the MOX fuel (plutonium, which is much more deadly than Uranium) — is emitting radiation 10,000 times above normal.
That also means plant #1 is emitting radiation 10,000 times above normal.
