Ok look, so it's called the Stennis Space Center:

But it gets worse. There are several of these "Rocket Propusion Testing Centers" throughout the U.S. Check out this clickable map:

BBC FTW. Like I said! Other countries do the real reporting on our country and nobody in our country ever really sees it. That's where we netters come in :)
This little BBC piece could stand up in court to prompt an investigation into whether or not this facility was practicing during this most recent flooding over the past month or so? Just a thought. Maybe later on down the line when people start connecting the dots they'll find it useful.
