Given the event at Columbine, we can expect " predictions " of this type to be dirt common. The statement that further incidents of the type were planned as a means to anti - gun legislation is nothing but cruel and preposterous, relying on UN-vetted media sensationalism to fan the flames of an already problematic situation.
