We recently lost another friend, Spencer Tiger - he had a 'panic attack'... the hospital at the emergency room said don't worry, we'll just give him a sedative to calm him down and admit him for observation. He did not have a history of heart problems, but he was paralysed from the waist down because of an earlier medical error years ago. Flo his wife, had to go home for a short while and on her way back early in the morning, she called via cell phone to see what room he was in - They said, "Oh, we forgot to call you - he didn't make it through the night." Sheesh! What a way to find out your husband has died needlessly without you there.
Spence was always cheerful and a real flirt.. Miccousukie Indian, married to Flo, a lovely Italian girl.. they have a tall handsome teenage son. Spence was a doll.. good looking long haired Indian, tall and intelligent.. he worked trading in the internet and was frequently to be seen in his van out and about around here.. We'd see him and Florence often in Tony Roma's or IHOP... they were in the ShapeRite business with us. We miss him.
