The difference between Muslim Brotherhood and
ISIS, is deception, which is the main factor MB are using in their tactics, till they dominate a country’s joints, then they raise the sword against their opponents.

" The legislation, (H.R.3892/S.2230), while important a year ago, isn’t the main issue now. It does not designate the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO, a legally significant designation and what is needed). Statutorily only the Secretary of State can do that. All this legislation did was put SoS Kerry on the spot to either designate the MB an FTO or explain why not. The legislation should not be the focus now as Mr. Trump’s new Secretary of State can unilaterally designate the MB an FTO with the stroke of a pen as soon as they are sworn in.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO DO NOW IS TO MAKE SURE THE NEXT SECRETARY OF STATE IS NOT CONFIRMED UNLESS THEY CLEARLY STATE THEY WILL DESIGNATE THE MB AN FTO AS A MATTER OF PRIORITY.
The media needs to clearly get any appointee on record on this. This one issue should DISQUALIFY any appointee, as 15 years after 9-11 it is unacceptable for ANYONE in government, let alone our next SoS, to not know that the MB are a self-declared enemy of the Constitution.
It’s not that this legislation wasn’t educational. Nor that it wasn’t long overdue in getting Congress on record that the MB are bad actors. Just by being introduced the legislation gave legitimacy and top cover to those of us investigating and educating on the MB all these years (including those in law enforcement and the IC). And while mostly symbolic, this legislation was still one of the most aggressive, albeit limited, steps the Congress could take under a corrupt and enemy-compromised Obama/Clinton/Kerry administration. Thank God that will not be the case in 70 days!
As I say, this is not “legislation designating the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization” in any meaningful legal sense that will deal with the MB as bad actors.It is a matter of statute that only the SoS can designate an FTO and our incoming SoS cannot do that soon enough. Just to further state the obvious, once designated an FTO by State, that designation legally lets the rest of the federal government (Justice, Treasury, etc.) come down like a sledge hammer on the MB. This legislation does not provide for any of that either."

WASHINGTON – A debate is under way in the Trump administration about whether the United States should declare the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization and subject it to US sanctions, according to US officials and people close to President Donald Trump’s transition team.
A faction led by Michael Flynn, Trump’s National Security Advisor, wants to add the Brotherhood to the State Department and US Treasury lists of foreign terrorist organizations, the sources said.
“I know it has been discussed. I’m in favor of it,” said a Trump transition advisor, who declined to be named because of the sensitivity of the issue.
The advisor said Flynn’s team discussed adding the group to the US list of terrorist groups but said it was ultimately unclear when or even if the administration ultimately would go ahead with such a move.
