Three Day Apple Diet-Gallbladder/Liver Cleanse

A 3 Day Cleanse / Three Day Apple Diet The 3 day cleanse is a cleansing diet recommended in the medical readings of Edgar Cayce. This 3-day diet should be preceded by 5 days of eating a light, nutritional, junk-free diet. For the 3 day cleanse, you eat only: Fresh apples, any kind, preferably organic Pure spring water Pure unfiltered apple juice, preferably organic Applesauce, preferably organic Baked apples of any kind Apple cider vinegar Cold-pressed olive oil You may eat as much of the above items as you want, and try to drink 48-64 ounces of water a day. Upon arising on Day 3 of this diet, quickly drink 1/2 cup of olive oil and flush it down with apple juice. Then drink a small amount of water or apple juice into which a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar has been mixed. You may resume a normal diet beginning in the morning of Day four. Blogger note:  There are many versions of the Apple Diet.. this seems to be easy to implement to me.    I have done this as a five day cleanse, eating six apples a day, and apple juice.  On the fifth night, taking four ounces olive oil and four ounces lemon juice.  The next morning, you are good to go!
