The greatest volcano of the world is the Yellowstone Park.

In the 60 one knew that the Yellowstone park was a volcanic earth, but nobody had tried to find the crater. Bob Christiansen, of the Geologic Service of the United States became that same question.

We tend to think about a volcano with the classic form of cone that lodges a smoky crater, but exist another type of still more violent volcanos that when they explode open an enormous hole to their step, which denominates boiler.

At the hands of Christiansen aerial photos arrived then from the NASA in which the Yellowstone park was observed. Then it discovered something surprising: It could not find the boiler of the volcano because practically all the park, (about 9,000 square kilometers), was the boiler.
