Obama-Shadow of a Messiah

Obama – A Shadow of a Messiah!

obama second coming
I know, I know… it’s been AGES since I have posted anything at all. I haven’t disappeared off of the planet, but I haven’t had my laptop working until recently and my life has been very busy looking after my grandson who is nearly four years old.
Anyway, I have something for you that speaks of a shadow of things to come. Some say Obama IS the AC, but I think he is just a shadow of one. The accolades that follow him show us how the world is certainly willing to accept a leader and elevate that leader to a status that evenutally fulfills biblical prophecy. Newsweek recently had a photo of Obama and then title it “The SECOND COMING”. Check out what they say about that…
Baker noted that Thomas has declared Obama as being a God-like figure before.
“In a way, Obama’s standing above the country — above the world,” Thomas said during a 2009 interview on MSNBC. “He’s sort of God. He’s going to bring all different sides together.”
Many have been describing Obama as a type of messiah even before his first four years in office. Writer Dave Jolly notes that during the last election, Maggie Mertens, associate editor for the Smith College newspaper, penned an article entitled “I Will Follow Him: Obama as My Personal Jesus.” [source]
If that wasn’t bad enough, you just have to wonder what is going on with the statue of Obama being created in Jerusalem! Yep, you read right. An image of Obama is being made in time for Obama’s arrival to Israel.
An initiative by Jerusalem’s Mayor Nir Barkat intends to take advantage of the wide coverage to unleash a public relations barrage and to present to them “Jerusalem’s other side.” According to the plan, journalists will be taken on tours around Jerusalem and will visit the main historical sites, such as City of David and the Western Wall Tunnel. They will also be taken to an Israel Museum’s exhibition about King Herod and to the Ice City, where they will see a custom built ice sculptor in Obama’s image. [source]
When will ALL of this happen? Well, check this out…
Jesus entered Jerusalem on Nisan 10 and so will Obama! According to Joel Rosenberg, Obama is scheduled to visit Jerusalem on March 20 & 21, 2013: Obama coming to Israel March 20-21 to pressure Israel not to strike Iran, reports Israeli media « Joel C. Rosenberg’s Blog According to the Jewish Calendar Converter, Nisan 10 begins at sunset on March 20th and ends at sunset on March 21st: Hebrew Date Converter – 10th of Nisan, 5773 | Hebcal Jewish Calendar Jesus made His Triumphant Entrance into Jerusalem on Nisan 10.
I am NOT saying that Obama IS the AC, but there certainly seems to be pattern happening here. What do you all think?

Words from the Father

“WHY SUFFERING”?

Aug. 22, 2012

Suffering is a part of life; it is something that all of us encounter, and it is inescapable.

We all have and know about the promises of God, and without them we would have no hope in his life.  None o f us want to go through trials or to face hardships, but God always seems to have a reason for these things.  We all know about the saying, “You reap what you sow,” but bad things also happen to people who follow after God.

I hear stories about people who trust in God with all their hearts, and they are obedient to him in so many ways.  And yet these very people have spouses or sons and daughters, who have overwhelming diseases and catastrophes in their lives.   I hear the stories of how they have prayed for healing, have had hands laid upon them, and have been anointed with oil.  They believed, they prayed earnestly for recovery and yet, the person is still afflicted.  You say, “Perhaps their faith wasn’t strong enough.   Perhaps there was some sin that prevented the healing from happening. “Perhaps God in his infinite wisdom has let the malady stay there…Perhaps the thorn in the flesh has a reason for its existence.

What about the parents who pour their hearts and souls into the son or daughter, who continually chooses to neglect the gift that has been given to them in the form of education.  What happens when countless prayers and sleepless nights see the child again refuse to get up and go to school and to become all that they were meant to be? What about all the promises of God and prophetic truths that speak of rainbows beyond the dark days and troubled nights?  When does the consistent endurance pray off? When does the trial end, or is it just another attack subtly planned by the enemy to wear a family down and just throw in the towel?

Or are we to learn our lesson from the ancient patriarch Job who lost everything, but even in his deepest suffering, still was able to praise God?  We know that in the end his former possessions that had been taken away from him, in the end he received them back doubly.  His flesh was healed, but his suffering was intense, and was something that perhaps only few of us, will ever encounter.

We all know about the suffering of Christ and all of the floggings and pain he endured, particularly as he faced the death on the cross for us.  We are also told that as we are heirs with God that we will also share in his sufferings.

“Now if we are children, then we are heirs--heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.” Romans 8:17

Part of this is so that we might be molded into his image and become more like him through the things that we suffer.  But even in the midst of these trials, there is always the hope that not only will they yield the fruit of his righteousness, but that they will come to an end, and that there would be periods of time when we might rest from these trials and tribulations. I’ve always found that it’s kind of like the waves of the ocean----we get caught-up in a huge wave and we’re taken in by its tow, and then it slowly ebbs away.  We’re given some time to rest and things will go fine for a while, and then way out in the ocean, another wave starts its way towards us, and then the whole process starts again.  It may however, be a different issue this time. Whereas before, the car breaks down, our relationships are strained, and there’s a leak in the roof. This time, a family member may be in the hospital, school has just started, and a son or daughter has decided that they aren’t going to get up in time for school.  These are normal problems that most of us face. However, there are other types of trials and persecutions that can last for even years.  These are the types of things that Job faced. These are types of things that many of the prophets of old faced.

Suffering must run its course. It is inescapable just like how the mighty river cuts through the cliffs and finds a new channel in its course.   It is relentless. It doesn’t give up easily, but somehow, if we just hang on, it will subside and the tides will roll back, and we’ll be able to view the landscape before us with a new vision.

“These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”  John 16:33

Atheist Kid objects to Inspiring Prayer

WBFF - Top Stories Video - Atheist Hopes to Get Mural Removed From School
A 16-year-old atheist says she's confident the law is on her side in her fight over a prayer mural that she wants removed from the auditorium of her Rhode Island high school.

Jessica Ahlquist said Thursday that her case that the mural at Cranston High School West is forbidden under the Constitution is "very strong." Ahlquist sued the city of Cranston in federal court, saying the mural is offensive to non-Christians.

Joseph Cavanagh Jr., who is defending the city, says the mural is a historical artifact from the school's early days and serves no religious purpose. Senior Judge Ronald Lagueux took the case under advisement after hearing from both sides.

The prayer encourages students to strive academically and begins with the words "Our Heavenly Father" and ends with "Amen."

Is Hell Now Here on Earth?

RALEIGH, N.C. – What does hell mean to you? Is it an endless nightmare for sinners and unsaved souls, as mainstream Christianity has taught for centuries? Or is hell here on Earth, in the distractions, addictions and emptiness of daily life?
In this photo taken March 17, 2011, Rev. Chad Holtz poses for a photo in Durham, N.C. Holtz was fired from his position as pastor from a church in He
AP – In this photo taken March 17, 2011, Rev. Chad Holtz poses for a photo in Durham, N.C. Holtz was fired.
Those ideas are receiving fresh scrutiny from some believers after a prominent evangelical pastor questioned the traditional idea of hell in his new book, "Love Wins."
Even before Rob Bell's book was published this month, religious leaders and their followers were branding it heresy, hailing it as a breakthrough or landing somewhere in the middle. Thousands have weighed in on Twitter, Facebook, blogs or outside their places of worship.
Bell "better go back and read his Bible again! He's all messed up!" wrote Ruth Ward of New Albany, Ind., on Facebook. "Satan is having a field day."
James Turner, a 49-year-old Chicago laborer, says his concept of hell hasn't changed much since he attended church as a boy. For him, hell "is a place where if you don't accept Jesus, or you reject Jesus, it is a place of torment."
Hell is also for those "who are ruthless and brutally hurt people," he said.
"I hope that smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee ain't going to get me down there," he said, puffing on a cigarette Sunday outside the Chicagoland Community Church on the city's North Side, where he's attended services for about 10 years.

For some readers, the book has been a breath of fresh air and a chance to discuss ideas that have long been taboo in evangelical circles.
When Chad Holtz posted a Facebook message supporting Bell's position, he was dismissed from his job as pastor at a United Methodist church in Henderson, N.C. Holtz's posts about the experience on his website drew a flood of responses, including from people who said they were afraid to tell relatives that they did not believe in the notion that God punishes sinners forever in hell.  ('Blogger's note:  "forever" was translated to mean for "all eternity", However "forever and forever" means from "age to age" in the original Aramaic as spoken by Yeshua,), Prayers of the Cosmos: Meditations on the Aramaic Words of Jesus. Translated and with commentary by Neil Douglas-Klotz, foreword by Mathew Fox)
Carol Buikema, who attends Chicago's Wellington Avenue United Church of Christ, said she recently read a fellow congregant's Facebook post about Bell's book, and it prompted her to question her own beliefs about hell.
"It does pose more questions than answers for me," Buikema, 64, said Sunday.
Believing in Jesus is a basic tenet of Christianity and "if you don't believe in Jesus, you won't go to heaven," she said. "The more I live life, I don't know if I totally believe that. I've always believed that God is not a God of vengeance. He is a loving God. How would you equate the idea of a loving God with going to hell?"
Bell's message is reaching a wide audience: On Friday, "Love Wins" was the fourth-best-selling book overall on Amazon.com, and the best-selling book in the religion category.
The Rev. Erik DiVietro, pastor of Bedford Road Baptist Church in Merrimack, N.H., said he felt the need to respond to Bell's book after being repeatedly asked about it by friends, former students and church members. He disagrees with Bell on several points, but said Christians miss out if they don't try to engage the ideas.
"Christianity is a conversation," he said. "So as we're journeying with these ancient writings, we need to be asking questions. These are good questions, and they need to be part of the dialogue."
Brandy Fenderson, a 34-year-old teacher and member of St. Ann's Episcopal Church in Nashville, Tenn., said Bell's book reminded her of the importance of thinking critically about one's faith.
"I remember thinking I do believe there's a balance between intellect and faith. ... I've argued (with friends) that intellect is divine, given to us by God, and we're not supposed to shut it down."
She believes the idea of a hell where sinners are punished is more of a human construction.
"I don't think there's a burning place with pitchforks," she said. "I guess my idea is basically that there's right and wrong, and hell was invented to keep people from doing wrong. ... It was created more by the church, to guide people in the right way."
Still, she added, "actions have consequences, and you suffer when you do wrong. That can end up being what, quote, unquote, is hell."
At the heart of Bell's position is that God's love can triumph over every obstacle, including sins that Christians have long believed would consign them to anguish in the afterlife. But that notion is appalling to many people, Bell argues, and is minimized even by those who uphold its truth.
"The book is saying we need to take hell more seriously," Bell told The Associated Press, "Because the people who warn about hell when you die don't seem to talk about it very much."
The debate is not entirely new. There's no broad agreement within Christianity about what happens to people after they die.
Some mainline Protestant churches started moving away from the familiar concept of hell as long ago as the 19th century. The Unitarian Universalist Association, which is not a formally Christian denomination but has roots in Christian churches, contains in its very name the concept that Bell's critics accuse him of endorsing: universalism, the notion that every soul will eventually be united with God in paradise.
Some important denominations and theologians moved quickly to criticize Bell's book. A forum was held last week at the Southern Baptist Seminary in Louisville in which Christian writers and thinkers laid out their problems with Bell's thinking.
Some Protestant luminaries have also joined the criticism. Ben Witherington, one of the most influential evangelical theologians, is using his blog to take on Bell's book chapter by chapter.
That's partly a sign of how influential Bell is in evangelical circles. His 10,000-member Mars Hill Bible Church in Grand Rapids, Mich., has grown significantly under his leadership, and Bell's artfully made online videos and breezily written books have been popular among younger evangelicals.
"Atheists are not going to be impressed by this book. Skeptics are not going to be impressed by this book," said Christian blogger Justin Taylor at the Southern Baptist forum. "The people who are going to be impressed by this book are disaffected evangelicals."
Cameron Dawn, who described herself as a "good and faithful Roman Catholic," said she has never thought of hell as a specific place.
Instead, the 52-year-old New York City woman believes hell is the personal problems people endure until they accept God and Christ into their lives, such as addiction, gluttony or taking advantage of others.
"You need inner strength to overcome these things and to see all the beauty life has to offer, and that's what God gives you," Dawn said Sunday at the Church of St. Veronica in Howell, N.J.
"Without that inner strength, you will miss out on the wonderful things God has created and that life has to offer you. That is hell on earth, but it's a prison to which you hold the key, and you can use it any time you want."
John Taylor, 45, who was attending services Sunday at the Church of Grace and Peace in Toms River, N.J., said he has no doubt there is some version of hell awaiting evildoers.
"I do believe that if you lead a sinful life on earth, you will pay for it in your next life. And that applies to anyone, whether you're Catholic, Jew, Hindu, whatever. People who disrespect God, disrespect their fellow man — they go to hell."
___
Associated Press writers Lindsey Tanner in Chicago, Bruce Shipkowski in New Jersey and Travis Loller in Nashville, Tenn., contributed to this report.http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110327/ap_on_re_us/us_hell__no

13th Sign,Ophiuchus, Serpent Bearer, Hidden?

The 13th Sign: Ophiuchus, the Serpent Bearer, Hidden for a purpose?

What an extraordinary event! To “suddenly” discover there has been 13  KNOWN zodiac signs all along and yet most in the world only know about 12 of them. Add that big whopper of a secret to the actual name of this 13th sign and you can flat out call me a believer about what is written in the Holy Bible, especially in Revelation.
So just exactly what is the low down on this  “Serpent Bearer aka “Holder”?  What does this sign mean to us. Below are a few things I’ve been able to find and as I locate more, I will update and add them to this post.
On a personal note: According to the NEW Zodiac, I’ve been changed from a Libra to a Virgo and my hubby from a Virgo to a Leo….sorry, but my hubby is nothing like a Leo, nor am I a Virgo—The Sun sign Libra is WHO I am and to add more to that, my Moon sign is Aries. Those two together fit me exactly!

New Zodiac Sign Dates: Ophiuchus The 13th Sign?

Astronomer Parke Kunkle says that due to changes in the Earth’s alignment the dates of many zodiac signs have changed, according to NBC. In addition, there may be a 13th Zodiac sign: Ophiuchus.
Kunkle says that as the Earth and Sun slowly move the signs gradually change, as expected.
The change didn’t happen over night either. The 12 signs were designated to different periods of the year almost 3,000 years ago, when astrology began, and since then the Earth’s position in relation to the sun has changed.
While the sign many people were born under may now be different, it shouldn’t affect horoscope readings, according to NBC.
See if your Zodiac sign has changed below. (And find out if your friends’ signs have changed here or under the dates below.)
The New Dates:
Capricorn: Jan. 20 – Feb. 16
Aquarius: Feb. 16 – March 11
Pisces: March 11- April 18
Aries: April 18 – May 13
Taurus: May 13 – June 21
Gemini: June 21 – July 20
Cancer: July 20 – Aug. 10
Leo: Aug. 10 – Sept. 16
Virgo: Sept. 16 – Oct. 30
Libra: Oct. 30 – Nov. 23
Scorpio: Nov. 23 – Nov. 29
Ophiuchus: Nov. 29 – Dec. 17
Sagittarius: Dec. 17 – Jan. 20

———————————————————————————————-
“Ophiuchus the Serpent Bearer is and always has been the 13th constellation on the zodiac belt, but apparently nobody has ever initiated his sign as a member of the Zodiac, possibly because then there wouldn’t have been a convenient one constellation for each of the twelve months of the solar calendar year. It would have fitted the feminine 13 month lunar year nicely, but the Sun people won. Patriarchy over matriarchy once again.
Ophiuchus has attached to it a few pieces of interesting trivia, that may not in the end be trifling. It is the only constellation named after a real human, tracing back to an Ancient Egyptian mortal-made-god named Imhotep, who lived in or about the 27th Century B.C. This is not the Imhotep of the Return of the Mummy who lived in the movie in the time of Seti 1 around 1295 BC, and who was probably named after the real thing. ” (Click link below for more information)
Ophiuchus the 13th sign of the Zodiac – also known as Serpentarius, the Serpent Holder.
The constellation Ophiuchus has been known about since ancient times, but you wouldn’t know it.
It was never added to the Zodiac chart as astrologers said that the Sun went straight from Scorpius into Sagittarius, disregarding the fact that the sun traveled through Ophiuchus for 19 days before entering Sagittarius.
Basically then what that means is that there is another sign! a lost sign. Serpentarius is it’s name which would bring us perhaps lots of Serpentariuns?

“Well this can’t get any stranger… They just came out with the 13th CONstellation last week… That would be Anu the controller of the Ouroboros and the Fallen Angel known as Lucifer or Satan… He has many names and many looks… Him and his sort have been playing with humanity’s future as well as countless of other dimensions and universes for MILLIONS of years… He is the leader of the Reptillians… the Anunaki… Anu Ankh Ki… They have created and maintained all the whirled;s Legions… manipulating the truth at every corner… Playing both sides to conflicts that THEY created… Using us in their power trip… The ultimate lesson of how NOT to be a citizen of the great cosmos of the everlasting MOST HIGH… WHose name is unspeakable… for it is so beautiful it would create a new universe right outside my window… The time has come for their demise… But the last battle will be here… On lil ole Earth… This painting was done last year… I knew it was important… but I just didn;t know what it really meant.. Until last night… Sonow I am left to wonder… Was I used by these mind-controlling shapeshifters? Or has something even more powerful then they come thru to give me prophecy? I suppose either could be the case… But I would tend to think that an ally came to assist us thru me… I’ve been chasing these seprents for a while… In my radio shows I cover how the deception may have occurred… Click on Wacko Report at GalacticWacko.com… So please share this video with people that think and can grasp the enormity of our situation… Take Care.”
