These kind of 'reports' remind me of the hatchet jobs they did on Terri Schiavo, and the white-wash jobs they did on Michael Schiavo. I remember that Jeff Rense when he was trying to arrange for Adam to heal Terri through my contacts with the family there, said that Adam did not want any money or compensation whatsoever to help Terri. That Adam was a genuine, good-hearted kid, who felt that this was God's work, not his.

Then you ignore all of them, and follow 4 or 5 people in particular throughout the process. Then you introduce the old scientist who states categorically that it is not possible. Then you follow the subject being sure to mention any quirks several times. For Adam they pointed out that he lives at home, has an earring, a tattoo, and looked at his watch in the dark during his seminar. (Apparently, wanting to know the time is not something you would want to do if you were really healing someone. ) You make sure to say that Adam is getting rich doing these seminars and selling books & CD?s ? not like a real doctor with credentials and an office.
You pretty much ignore that Adam says he just helps people heal themselves, he doesn?t heal them. Instead you keep using phrases like ?If he is really healing them why is this or that not happening?? or ?Why is he doing this?? Then you cut back to the old scientist who again assures you that this type of healing cannot be scientifically measured therefore it is defiantly not working. Finally you ignore the other 600 people in the seminar and check in with the original 4 or 5. You present that nothing has really happened to them because they returned to the same state they were in before. And if the person is still positive about Adam you use inflection in your voice to indicate that they are a little off for doing so. John Quinoas is a master at that inflection so you use him again whenever alternative healing comes up as a topic. Good old John always volunteers to have a treatment or for some test, but strangely nothing much ever happens to him. Conclusion: One?s belief must be the only reason anyone is ever healed from any alternative form. Oh yes, the drug companies sponsored the show in part also.
It wasn?t as bad as the farce that Peter Jennings did on UFO?s before he died, but it could have been a lot better
