We had a strange earthquake in San Francisco, CA today around 2:30PM PST. I've lived here all my life and have never experienced one like this. It was like the whole area had a giant hiccup not the usual rolling earthquakes we usually have.
Yes,I saw how deep they all were and the second seems to have been quickly dumbed down to 5.9.In 1968 a destructive 7.9,I think,caused a tsunami , terrible damage and loss of life.
