Last Hostess Cupcake

Haven't had a Hostess cupcake for years. Kids usually get to them before any of us adults do, but not today. Fat and stuffed like a turkey, we threw no caution to the ingredient wind.

One last taste of childhood. Mmmm, consistently the same taste and texture as the cupcake packed in a first graders lunch, long ago. Would have loved a Twinkie too, but all sold out.

Even if Hostess sells, it will never taste the same.
