- A total of 16 earthquakes today
- Only 6 earthquakes were M 1.5 or greater
- the extremely shallow El Golfo 1.9 earthquake from this morning was not followed by other shallow quakes (luckily)

a VERY IMPORTANT new fact we have seen tonight is a shallow earthquake at a depth of ONLY 1.9 km ( 1.18 MILES DEEP )
If new earthquakes would occur at this depth, an eruption event in the El Golfo bay ( La Palma Side of El Hierro ) cannot be excluded
