We have an outdoors shower - Roy never takes a camera with him while showering, of course! We have seen several extremely unusual sights in the wee hours of the morning from time to time here.
Many times in the past, starting in the '60's, I have heard reports of UFOs traveling from the Atlantic Ocean side of the Florida Keys, toward the Everglades Area. Friends would see them in the late hours of night, after midnight while driving toward the mainland from Key West. One time, a couple of years ago around 1:30am, 13 jet planes (probably eight from the Homestead Air Force Base near here and five from Boca Chica base in Key West as they were a few minutes later) roaring extremely low, loud and fast over our residential area, (not allowed!) chased four bright lights from south to north directly overhead, disappearing in the distance. Immediately afterwards, Joe F., friend and resident of Cutler Bay, sent out an email describing it. I also sent a report to Global Rumblings Yahoo Group among others, and personally to Larry Taylor, From the Edge Alerts, Yahoo Group. It frightened many of our neighbors. Nothing about it in our local news, although some UFO sightings were indeed reported in northern Florida the next day. In the future, we are going to institute an alarm code, so I can come outdoors quickly to see it too, and take pictures!
