At first a SUV moves out of the way quickly.. Then water catches up... boats come in, sirens..cars float and spin, boats turn over, buildings up root, people on stairs stunned. Water swirling displays inside shops.
Have your sound on, full screen. You are there! Squeals, squeaks, rushing water. Closer to end of video see some people in the distance among some rubble. They seem o.k.
