Further observations about Tuesday's "Mystery Plume"

By Dr. Richard Boylan

Friends,

The smoke was designed to draw attention to the unusual, unscheduled, unknown nature of the aerial display.

Starcraft utilize Zero Point Energy to power their antigravity field propulsion, and of course do not burn anything.

First, Star Nations is engaged in a gradual steady ramping-up of pressure on the United States Government to begin consultations towards ending the UFO Cover-Up. The power of its ramp-up does not lie in any one Display-of-Presence but in the cumulative impact of the entire set. As with any "diplomatic negotiations", the approach is gradual and not a sudden non-negotiable ultimatum. Such is the courteous diplomatic-but-firm way of Star Nations.

Also part of the strategy is the White House's not knowing what's next, but worrying (deservedly) that What's Next might be something that Air Force public information officers can't lie their way out of.

These Displays are intended more for the White House than the general public.

Second, the power of Tuesday's Display of Presence was not so much its unusualness but the fact that the government was caught flat-footed, with no explanation for what was filmed and broadcast. A THINKING member of the public could therefore conclude that since the government didn't have knowledge of anything in the air at the time, what was seen was truly an Unidentified Flying Object, i.e., a UFO.  Which means that, gee, UFOs do exist.
