Yep.  We're on the same song sheet here, Gordon.

Also, it's 'divide and conquer';  Blacks against whites, libs against conservatives, government against Ron Paul, protestants against catholics, straights against gays, men against women, elites against rednecks, etc. and vice-versa.

The 'faceless' government I referred to, is very real and has an agenda.  "The Road to Serfdom", as you said.

There is a lot more going on than meets the eye and - believe it or not, even 
those things that are hitting us in the face when we look up, are not being believed,
or being interpreted for what they really are.  It's a   s t r e t c h  for most people.  Most
people are too busy, too tired, too frightened, too numbed, too dumbed-down, and are 
followers, not real thinkers, never questioning old programming.

Truth is stranger than fiction.  And getting more so.

We haven't reached the epitome of extremes yet!  Just wait!

It is also true that many people are being affected by this government caused tragedy.

I couldn't get any oysters last Friday.  Phooey.

But worse than that, people are losing their livelihoods... causing many people to be unemployed and go on government doles.
        
But maybe that's what the government, the BIG stupid faceless government, (really not so stupid)  wants?

    drill at extremely dangerous and hazardous depths (in water
    FIVE THOUSAND feet deep ... making a spill extremely likely!)....
    GOVT. INSPECTORS TOTALLY APPROVED THE BP OPERATION JUST
    A WEEK BEFORE THE ACCIDENT!
 
....THE TRUTH IS ===>
 
IF THE GOVT. (EPA) HAD ALLOWED BP TO DRILL IN SHALLOW WATERS
   WHERE THE MOST OIL IS THIS ACCIDENT WOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED!
