New Comet Tail Blasts Earth?

Comet Elenin was just discovered in December of 2010.  They keep adjusting how close it's going to come to earth as they track it and now are predicting in October 2011 that it will come as close as 0.15 Au (by comparison, the moon is 0.00256 Au from Earth).  In August of 2011 it will be seen by the naked eye.  In November of 2011 Earth will pass through its tail.  Could this be the first trump?
